Redwood Summit Rotorua · NZ
Family Lodge

A Rotorua family base,
in the Redwoods.

For families and mixed groups who want the forest and Rotorua on their doorstep — room to spread out, an easy layout for a proper holiday, and the Redwoods, lakes and city all a few minutes away.

Riders and non-riders, enjoying the same trip.

The Family Lodge

The forest on your doorstep, without making it all about the bike.

Comfortable shared spaces, a family-friendly layout and the same outstanding location beside the Redwoods — a base for families and mixed groups who want the forest, the lakes and Rotorua all within a few minutes.

Bring the kids on bikes for the easy Whakarewarewa green trails. Walk the redwoods at dusk. Swim the Blue Lake. Come back to a warm, well-designed lodge that feels like a proper holiday.

The Family Lodge includes practical bike facilities — storage, a wash area — for when riding is part of the trip, without the full rider-focused fit-out of the Rider Lodge.
