About this Site
Redwood Summit is a short-term accommodation project currently under construction in Rotorua, New Zealand. This Site is a marketing and information resource. As at the date above, no bookings are being accepted — the Site allows visitors to register their interest in future stays. Any booking, rate, or availability offer will be governed by separate booking terms provided at the time of booking.
Information accuracy
We take reasonable care to ensure information on the Site is accurate and current, but Redwood Summit is under active development. Details — including amenities, property specifications, imagery, and opening timelines — are indicative and subject to change without notice.
All imagery shown on the Site prior to the opening date is placeholder or indicative and is not a representation of the final property.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any underlying systems
- scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content in a manner that burdens the Site's infrastructure

All content on the Site — including text, logos, graphics, layout, and source code — is owned by or licensed to Redwood Summit and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws. Some photography is used under the Unsplash License as placeholder imagery and remains the property of the respective photographers.
